This tab has the following components:
Local system account Select this option to run the service under your system's local account.
Allow service to interact with desktop This option is only available when you select Local System Account. Select this option if you want to display the database server messages window by clicking an icon on your desktop. This option is not available for Windows Vista or later versions of Windows.
Other account Select this option to run the service under an account other than the local account. You can choose a user ID from the dropdown list or type a user ID. Selecting this option enables the Password and Confirm Password fields.
Password When you select Other Account, you must supply the appropriate password for the user ID. You must confirm the password in the Confirm Password text box.
Confirm password Confirm the password that you typed in the Password text box by entering it again. The contents of the two fields must match exactly. Passwords are case sensitive.
