Update Schema Wizard: New Remote Database Schema page

This page allows you to choose the consolidated database tables that are used to update the remote database schema. After this wizard finishes, use the Mappings tab to set up synchronization between the matching consolidated and remote tables. See How remote tables relate to consolidated tables.

This page has the following components:

  • Which consolidated database tables and columns do you want to have in your remote database   Lists all the tables, grouped by table owner, in the consolidated database that you are currently connected to. Clear a table to remove it from the table mapping.

    Expand a table to see its column information. Clear a column to exclude it from the column mapping.

  • Hide tables named like synchronization model shadow tables   By default, tables that are named like synchronization model shadow tables are hidden since they should not be copied. Clear this option to show tables that are named like synchronization model shadow tables.
