Deploy Synchronization Model Wizard: Verbosity For MobiLink Server page

This page allows you to set the level of verbosity for the MobiLink server, which determines how much information is reported by the MobiLink server.

This page has the following components:

  • How much information do you want in the server window and message log   Choose one of the following options:

    • No information per synchronization except warnings and errors   Select this option if you want only warnings and errors to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization. This is the default.

    • Minimum per-synchronization information (-v)   Select this option if you want the minimum amount of information to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization.

    • Typical debug verbosity (-vcnrs)   Select this option if you want the typical amount of information for debugging to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization. The following information appears:

      • The content of each synchronization script when it is invoked.
      • Row-count summaries.
      • The column values of each row uploaded or downloaded.
      • The name of each synchronization script as it is invoked.

    • Maximal verbosity (-v+)   Select this option to turn on all logging options that increase verbosity.

  • Save message log to the following file (using -ot option)   Select this option to save the output messages to the specified file. Before the messages are appended to it, the file's contents are deleted. Otherwise the output messages are sent to the screen.
