Deploy Synchronization Model Wizard: Verbosity For SQL Anywhere Remote Synchronization Client page

This page allows you to set the level of verbosity for the remote SQL Anywhere synchronization client, which determines how much information is reported by the synchronization client.

This page has the following components:

  • How much information do you want in the client (dbmlsync) window and message log   Choose one of the following options:

    • Minimum synchronization progress information   Select this option if you want the minimum amount of information to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization.

    • Medium verbosity (-v)   Select this option if you want a small amount of information to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization.

    • Debug verbosity (-v+)   Select this option if you want the typical amount of information for debugging to be reported in the MobiLink server messages window and error log for each synchronization. This turns on all logging options except for c (expose the connection string in the log) and p (expose the password in the log).

  • Save message log to the following file (using -ot option)   Select this option and type the location where you want the message log file saved, or click Browse to select the file.
