The following steps provide an overview of the tasks required to set up file-based download, assuming that you already have MobiLink synchronization set up.
Overview of setting up file-based downloadUsually you should use a download-only publication with your file-based download. Use a regular publication only when you need to do uploads with the same publication as you do file-based downloads.
Create a file-definition database.
At the consolidated database, create scripts with a new script version.
Create a download file.
Apply the download file.
