In cases where dbmlsync must obtain locks on the tables being synchronized, if another connection has a lock on one of these
tables, the synchronization may fail or be delayed. Specifying this option forces SQL Anywhere to drop any other connections
to the remote database that hold conflicting locks so that synchronization can proceed immediately.
