This option is useful for setting up automatic off-line backup procedures. See Backup and data recovery.
The format for the time is in hh:mm (24 hour clock), and can be preceded by an optional date. If a date is specified, the date and time must be enclosed in double
quotes and be in the format YYYY/MM/DDHH:MM.
