If you usually use the same connection profile with Sybase Central, then consider configuring Sybase Central so that by default it uses your connection profile. When you start Sybase Central, it uses the connection profile to connect to your database automatically.

Connecting automatically using a connection profile (Sybase Central)Click Connections » Connection Profiles.
In the Connection Profiles list, select a connection profile.
Click Set Startup to change the Use On Startup column from No to Yes.
