Gets the SQL type of a column.
ul_column_sql_type UltraLite_RowSchema_iface::GetColumnSQLType( const ULValue & column_id )
column_id A 1-based ordinal number.
UL_SQLTYPE_BAD_INDEX if the column does not exist.
