If you have a version 10 UltraLite database, it is automatically upgraded to a version 11 database when you connect to it from a version 11 UltraLite application or from any of the version 11 UltraLite tools, such as ulsync, ulunload, ulinfo, or Sybase Central. Once the database is upgraded, version 10 applications can no longer connect to the database.
