To enable SSL connections on Windows
Launch the ODBC DataSource Administrator.
Select the data source you would like to use and choose Configure.
Click the Connection tab.
Select UseSSL in the Secure Socket Layer Group.
Provide the complete path to the trusted roots file in the TrustedFile field.
