You can launch your Pocket Outlook or Inbox e-mail application from a Web page. To do this, tap an e-mail link in a Web page on your device.

Your Inbox application launches, and a new message appears. The To: field is automatically populated with e-mail address from the link you clicked. Depending on how the e-mail link was configured, the Subject: field also may populate.
