M-Business Anywhere provides you with an in-line scribble widget that allows signature capture on the device at the scribble label level. There is no large dialog that pops up, so the signer of the document is clearly signing the agreed-upon document.

You can create an in-line scribble widget directly through HTML or by using the DEFAULTCHECKED attribute in JavaScript.
