There are a couple of cases in which documents will not be cached, no matter what your cache-control header says. Specifically:
Secure documents. While we currently do not support secure, encrypted documents, rest assured that when we do support them in the future, they will not be cached.
Authenticated documents: pages that use the 401 Authentication Required HTTP code.
