Sending the certificate request to iAnywhere Solutions

Once you have generated your certificate request, send it to iAnywhere Solutions for signing. Your security certificate is valid for one year; you will receive a new certificate, free of charge, every year. When the old certificate expires, however, you must generate a new certificate request, and send it to iAnywhere Solutions for signing. The Server Status page in the Administrator Console displays the expiration date for your certificate as the License Expiration Date.

To send the certificate request to iAnywhere Solutions
  1. Address an e-mail message to [external link] cert_request@ianywhere.com .

  2. Enter Certificate Request as the subject line.

  3. Attach to the message the certificate request file you created.
