Scheduling the AGDomainSync tool

To add the AGDomainSync tool as a scheduled task
  1. Click Start » Settings » Control Panel, then double-click the Scheduled Tasks folder (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003).

  2. Click Start » Settings » Control Panel, then double-click the Scheduled Tasks folder.

  3. Double-click the Add Scheduled Task icon.

  4. Click Next in the first Scheduled Task wizard.

  5. Click Browse and navigate to the <M-Business_Home>/bin directory.

  6. Select the AGDomainSync.exe file.

  7. Choose the schedule you want (choose daily for now; you can change it later).

  8. Choose a time (off-peak hours are best).

  9. Provide a valid NT domain name, user name, and password (the same user you provided when you installed M-Business Server), then click Next.

  10. Select Open advanced properties..., then click Finish.

  11. Click in the Run field, then press the <End> key.

  12. Type -a -d, then click OK.

    Tip

    Later, to edit the scheduled task, right-click the task in the Scheduled Tasks folder, then choose Properties.
