Use the following functions to close a connection and deallocate the structures:
ct_cmd_drop deallocates a command structure.
ct_close closes a server connection.
ct_con_drop deallocates a connection structure.
ct_exit cleans up the remaining resources being used by command or connection handles.
cs_ctx_drop deallocates a context structure.
