Uninstalling Adaptive Server and ECDA/DC for MS/SQL

[CR #346242] Uninstalling Adaptive Server version 12.5 from a release area where ECDA/DC for MS/SQL is also installed breaks ECDA product.

Workaround: Install ASE and ECDA into separate directories.
