System environment files

For 12.6 and later, to allow multiple DirectConnect installations to exist on the same machine, Sybase provides an environment file called %SYBASE%\DC-12_6\DC_SYBASE.bat.

The %SYBASE%\SYBASE.bat environment file is no longer used.
