Running a pre-12.5.4 XML processor in standalone mode

[CR #331069] When you run a pre-12.5.4 XML processor in standalone mode, the processor requires JDK and JRE.1.2.x JAR files in the CLASSPATH. If these files are not in place, the XML processor does not start.

Workaround: Do not run a pre-12.5.4 Adaptive Server XML processor in standalone mode.
