Emulated instructions warning

[CR #236936] Machines running the ev4 or ev5 processors (less than 350Mhz) may get instruction emulation warnings, such as:

inst emulated pid=nnn <prog_name>
va=0xvirtual_addrpc=0xpc_addr inst=0xactual_instr

The operating system grabs byte/word instructions and executes them as though they were an ev6 processor instruction. This emulation may cause performance degradation.

Workaround: Machines running the ev6 processor and greater see performance gains.

Use iec to turn off the emulated instructions warning display.
