[CR #406761 When the install process completes on Windows, and the Adaptive
Server Enterprise server is left running, if you try to start the Adaptive
Server Enterprise server as a windows service a kdconfig:
unable to read primary master device kiconfig: read of config block failed error
occurs.
Workaround: Adaptive Server Enterprise must be shut down:
isql -Saseserver -Usa -P shutdown go
Restart the server as a Windows server.
