[CR #351275] In some cases, when using Sybase Central, the Help menu does not launch the Help window.
Workaround: If you have installed the ASE Plug-in version 12.5.2, and cannot launch Sybase Central help, download and run “KeyHH” from the Keyworks Software Web site.
Select the download link, and run the downloaded program. This program fixes Windows HTML Help system and allows Sybase Central to run properly.
