For the Enhanced Full-Text Search version 12.5.1 on Windows, the zip.exe and unzip.exe executables are no longer shipped. To back up and restore text indexes, use a third-party back up utility that has command line abilities. The Enhanced Full-Text Search has two configuration parameters, backCmd and restoreCmd, which can be used to input the backup and restore commands used by sp_text_dump_database and sp_text_load_index.
