You cannot use the following system procedures within transactions:
sp_helpdb, sp_helpdevice, sp_helpindex, sp_helpjoins, sp_helpserver, sp_lookup, and sp_spaceused (because they create temporary tables)
sp_configure
System procedures that change the master database
