Taking the primary resource group offline releases the secondary companion’s resources.
Select Tasks from fstask.
Select Resource Groups from the pull-down menu.
Select Take a Resource Group Offline and fill-in the following fields:

Enter:
cluster_mgr –f pri_offline_rg
