An Adaptive Server Enterprise Web Services method fails to execute, and the stack trace reports the method is not found.
Make sure you have the correct JRE installed. Adaptive Server Enterprise Web Services requires JRE 1.3.1 or later.
Check the producer.log file to see which version of JRE is being used.
