With the Web Services Producer, the user can use stored procedures, user-defined functions, and SQL to query and manipulate data. A client application can send a SOAP request containing SQL commands and receive results through SOAP. Data are returned according to the SQLX standard, and the client application can receive XML data, schema, and DTDs.
