To create a crosstab:
In the Solution Explorer, right-click the library where you want to save the DataWindow object and select Add New Entry.
In the Add New Entry dialog box, select DataWindow Object from the categories list and select the Crosstab DataWindow style, provide a name for the DataWindow object, and click Add.
On the Choose Data Source for Crosstab DataWindow page, specify the data you want retrieved into the DataWindow object.

In the Define Crosstab Rows, Columns, Values page, enter the definitions for the columns, rows, and cell values in the crosstab.
Click Next.
Choose Color and Border settings and click Next.
Review your specifications and click Finish.
DataWindow Designer creates the crosstab.
(Optional) Specify other properties of the crosstab.
