Shutting down an RTDS-enabled Adaptive Server in HP can cause a stack trace

[CR #444221] Shutting down an RTDS-enabled Adaptive Server in HP can cause a stack trace. This occurs in both Adaptive Server versions 12.5.4 ESD #3 and 15.0.1ESD #1.

Workaround: There is no workaround for this CR.
